GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called late last night after hitting a curb and Shannon was really nice and helpful. They have very competitive prices (I called several places) and arrived sooner than planned - 20 MINUTES, which was fantastic. The man who towed me to Moody's (another great place) was very careful when hooking up my car. He kindly waited on me as I checked into Moody's. I paid him and wished me a good day. Hopefully I'll never need a tow again, but if I do, I will be calling Heithcock Towing!

Excellent experience. My car wouldn't start, so I called them. 20 minutes later they arrived. Twenty minutes after that my car was loaded and on its way to the shop.
